In November of 2024, 11/14 we closed, Marlyn Kamibayashiyama helped me purchase the home of my girlfriend that we had shared which had been put into a living trust during her sickness. With the beneficiary of the homes trust out of country, and the want to find a fair sales price for both parties involved, this transaction presented a very unique set of circumstances.
